Great experience! This was our second time purchasing a home and first time selling. So we were super inexperienced with the process. This lovely group of women took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and were literally available 24/7. My 6am messages (a baby and a toddler at home so - i'm up early) were answered quickly lol. They sent over a handyman to fix our carpet, a cleaning lady to help me with showings, and a stager. Fast forward, we had some more surprise showings on a day I was not prepared and Laurissa literally came over within 15 minutes to help me get the kids out of there and cleaned! 10/10 reccomend them.

Indeed the quick sell of our house helped with reducing some of the stress for both Liana and I. Honestly, I can't imagine things going any smoother or being treated better than I have through this experience. This market is a very different thing than what existed 18 years ago when I bought my last home.
